At Muscle People Physiotherapy we are committed to the accurate diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and other conditions. Our aim is for you to return to your optimal level of function in the shortest possible time. Our close association with the YMCA means that we have excellent gym facilities available to aid your rehabilitation and also allows a focus on ongoing injury prevention programmes. ACC treatments have a small part-charge effective from the 16th November 2009.
We also provide assessment and rehabilitation for serious and long-term injuries including head injuries, spinal injuries, balance and vestibular retraining, and the management of chronic pain as well as having staff with expertise in other neurological disorders e.g. multiple sclerosis, stroke.
For clients whose injury is a result of an accident we hold ACC contracts for the provision of rehabilitation services including the provision of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Therapy, Psychology, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Stay At Work, Older Persons Health and other Allied Health services. |
