Hayley graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, having previously gained a Certificate in Personal Training through NZIS and a Bachelor of Physiology. Her strengths are in sports and exercise rehabilitation, having experience assisting athletes throughout multiple sporting codes achieve their rehabilitation and performance goals.
Hayley's current areas of interest include: Sports and Musculoskeletal injuries, Knee and Ankle injuries, Dry Needling, Kinesio Taping, and Post-Operative Rehabilitation. She finds great satisfaction from assisting individuals of all ages and abilities through their recovery.
