Growing up, I was always involved in a variety of sports such as dance, swimming and karate. I’ve had the opportunity to represent NZ at karate competitions and coach others as an instructor. I love being part of a team and helping others be the best that they can be.
This, along with my passion for anatomy and physiology is what drew me to Physiotherapy.
During my time at Otago University, I thoroughly enjoyed learning how to help people recover both physically and mentally after an injury, as well as getting back to doing the things they love. I’m passionate about the clients I meet and working together to achieve their individual goals. Being part of the Muscle People team allows me to continuously strive for excellence and keep up with evidence-based practice.
In my spare time you’ll find me keeping active at the gym and group zumba classes, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
