About Jessica

I became a physiotherapist because I enjoy working with people. Helping you to achieve your health and wellness goals and to enjoy the activities and pursuits that are meaningful is hugely rewarding. I love to learn new skills and techniques and staying at the forefront of physiotherapy is one of my key priorities.

I studied at Auckland University of Technology, graduating with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy and I plan on continuing my post-graduate training soon. I believe that physiotherapy can improve your quality of life, from ironing out those little niggles through injury prevention or rehabilitation. With a wide range of methods from exercise to hands on techniques and interaction with a diverse team of health professionals, I will develop a unique, personally tailored plan to help you maximise all of life’s opportunities.

In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors. I love spending my time riding horses, at the beach and playing sport. Born and bred in Auckland, I plan to explore all that the South Island has to offer in the coming years.
