I have always loved fixing things and working with people, which is why I chose the career path of physiotherapy, enabling me to combine both into a passion. I enjoy the challenge of assessing a patients’ problems, identifying, tailoring and assisting with the best treatment pathway for the individual and enabling them to get back to doing what they enjoy the most is unique to physiotherapy - and something I take great pride in.
Because I take pride in my work, you can expect nothing but high quality holistic healthcare – addressing the injury and any other bio-mechanical or contributing factors.
I gained my Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago. During my studies, one of the aspects I really came to appreciate is the true impact we, as physiotherapists, can have on people in their day-to-day lives. Seeing people progress and recover keeps this job dynamic and real.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing a range of sports, including; cricket, touch and golf in the summer, through to snowboarding and basketball in the winter. I have a passion for music as well, and enjoy playing the piano in my spare time.
