Here's what past staff have said about working for us

Kevina Reel - Ireland

I worked for Muscle People for 12 months while living in Christchurch in 2009 and loved every minute of it! I was a new grad when they employed me and felt the whole team helped me develop my skills further. They have three clinics in Christchurch and I had the opportunity of working in all three.  I met some amazing people and made friends for life!! The staff atmosphere is great - we even took part in a rowing regatta, something I had never done before! I held a huge varied caseload from sports injuries, back to work rehab and care of the elderly.  As a new grad I was offered ample time for supervision and no question was ever stupid. My confidence in my own ability grew in the 12 months I was there and I hated leaving. I would thoroughly recommend working with Muscle People Physiotherapy - I would go back tomorrow if I could!!

Ali Wilson - Wellington, NZ

I worked at Muscle People Physiotherapy over the duration of 2010. As a new graduate from The University of Otago, I found this experience most rewarding and it has set me in great stead for the rest of my Physiotherapy career. A small Practice enabled the development of close relationships with all Muscle People Physiotherapy staff. I was fortunate enough to work at a War Veterans' Retirement Home on a regular basis, which gave me insight into a different aspect of healthcare. New graduates are given weekly supervision with a senior physiotherapist and regular in-service training enables the sharing of information between all staff members. I am grateful for all that Muscle People Physiotherapy offered me and recommend this Practice to new graduates and experienced clinicians alike.

Helen Shih - Victoria, Australia

I worked for Muscle People from 2008 to 2010, starting as a new grad. During my time there I gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience. This was in part due to their diverse client base which provided me with the opportunity to practice many different areas of physiotherapy.  I was able to treat people with various Musculoskeletal issues, different neurological conditions, and perform occupational assessments to help people return to work from injuries. Muscle People helped me learn to work in a team environment alongside various health practitioners. I recommend Muscle People as a great place to further your career as a physiotherapist.
